Maureen May
Chief Executive Officer
Maureen May founded Complete Compliance Solutions with a focus on partnering closely with clients to navigate federal and state regulations. With a bachelor's and master's degree in environmental engineering, Maureen's early work involved implementing and managing complex regulatory compliance programs across multiple industry categories. As she watched her many pharmaceutical and consumer products clients struggle with state drug licensing compliance, she recognized a need for an expert consulting service that could provide specialized compliance solutions.
With her ability to navigate complex regulations and manage multiple detail-oriented projects, her clients have benefited from her support and continue to seek her help to underthe complicated regulatory landscape. Maureen is committed to developing trusted partnerships with clients and taking ownership over their state licensing needs, so they can focus on other priorities.
In 2017, Maureen served as a Brookings Fellow with a U.S. Congressman in Washington D.C., where she advised on healthcare legislative and policy issues and drafted multiple bills to advance the legislative agenda.
When Maureen isn’t helping clients, she devotes her time to working with dogs. Maureen has trained dogs for more than 20 years. As a member of a FEMA search-and-rescue team, she trained and certified search-and-rescue dogs. Today, she fosters assistance dogs through a nonprofit organization.
Stacy Rokus
Regulatory Compliance Coordinator
Stacy engages directly with clients to support their unique state licensing compliance needs. Since joining CCS in 2014, Stacy has developed strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual work practices and how best to support their distinct compliance requirements. An effective communicator with the discipline, organization, and accountability to meet goals and deadlines, Stacy collaborates and engages with clients and regulatory agencies to support timely issuance of licenses.
With a background in coaching college basketball for 15 years, Stacy brings a unique ability to understand the importance of fostering partnerships and team collaboration with progress toward a common goal. Stacy holds a bachelor's degree from St. Francis University.
“It can be tedious for companies to go through the regulatory process, but at CCS, we enjoy getting into the details and helping our clients be successful,” Stacy said. “I enjoy being a part of a small team, which gives our clients a personalized approach and helps me achieve work/life balance.”
Outside of work, Stacy enjoys playing golf and spending time with her family—her wife and her young son.
